Vyabl, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to ensuring that RaiseMyGrade is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology.

1. Our Commitment

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

2. Accessibility Features

RaiseMyGrade includes the following accessibility features:

• Accessibility widget: A site-wide accessibility tool that lets you adjust font size, enable a dyslexia-friendly font, change contrast and color settings, use a reading guide, enable a large cursor, and stop animations.
• Semantic HTML: We use proper heading hierarchy, landmark regions, and semantic elements to support screen readers and assistive technologies.
• Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements are accessible via keyboard.
• Color contrast: Text and interactive elements are designed to meet WCAG AA contrast requirements.
• Responsive design: The application adapts to different screen sizes, zoom levels, and orientations.
• Reduced motion: Animations respect the prefers-reduced-motion operating system setting.

3. Known Limitations

While we work to ensure accessibility across the entire platform, some areas may not yet fully meet all WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria. We are actively working to identify and resolve any gaps. Specifically:

• Some dynamically generated quiz content may have limited screen reader optimization.
• Uploaded PDF and image content is processed as-is and may not be fully accessible.
