This Privacy Policy describes how Vyabl, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Texas limited liability company, collects, uses, and shares information when you use the RaiseMyGrade application and related services (the "Service").
When you create an account, we collect your first name, last name, and email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from your Google account.
When you upload PDF documents, the text content is extracted in your browser and sent to our servers solely for the purpose of generating quiz questions. We do not permanently store the text content of your uploaded documents on our servers. Document file names are stored to label your quiz sessions.
We store your quiz questions, answers, scores, and performance history to provide your dashboard, track your progress, and identify areas for improvement.
When you use the Service, our hosting provider (Vercel) may automatically collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and access times. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking cookies.

We retain your account information and quiz data for as long as your account is active. Uploaded PDF text is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored on our servers. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Authentication tokens are managed by Supabase using industry-standard practices. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
RaiseMyGrade is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, you may not create an account or use the Service. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
