This Privacy Policy describes how Vyabl, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Texas limited liability company, collects, uses, and shares information when you use the RaiseMyGrade application and related services (the "Service").
When you create an account, we collect your first name, last name, and email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from your Google account.
When you upload PDF documents, Word files, images, or paste text, the content is processed to generate quiz questions. We may retain uploaded content or materials derived from it as needed to deliver the Service, including features such as quiz review and practice.
We store your quiz questions, answers, scores, and performance history to provide your dashboard, track your progress, and identify areas for improvement.
When you use the Service, our hosting provider (Vercel) may automatically collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and access times.
We use cookies and similar technologies on the Service. A cookie is a small data file stored on your device.
These cookies are essential for the Service to function, including authentication and security. They cannot be disabled.
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site. GA4 may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish unique visitors and maintain session state. These cookies are only set with your consent. GA4 collects information such as pages visited, time on site, and general usage patterns. This data is used to improve the Service. We retain your account information, quiz data, and any content or derived materials necessary to deliver the Service for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@raisemygrade.ai with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Upon deletion, your account credentials, profile information, quiz history, and any stored content will be permanently removed from our systems.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Authentication tokens are managed by Supabase using industry-standard practices. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
RaiseMyGrade is designed for students ages 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and accounts are intended to be created by individuals who are at least 13 years of age or by a parent or legal guardian on their behalf. If you are under 13, you may not create an account or use the Service. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. For users between 13 and 17 years of age, we encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their child's use of the Service.
